We started MindPalace because we were tired of watching smart people make bad decisions, not because they lacked data, but because they were drowning in it.
The Problem We Saw
Every Monday, leadership teams around the world gather for the same ritual: open Looker, flip through 15 tabs, squint at charts, and ask "So... are we on track?"
Nobody knows. Marketing says one thing. Finance says another. Product has their own numbers. Three definitions of "Active User." Four ways to calculate "Revenue."
We've spent the last 30 years building better dashboards. More charts. More reports. More data. And yet: decisions aren't getting faster. Teams aren't more aligned. Companies have more data scientists than ever, but CEOs still make gut calls.
The problem isn't the data. It's the paradigm. Dashboards are flat. Business is hierarchical. Dashboards have no owners. Business runs on accountability. Dashboards are snapshots. Business is a living, breathing organism.
We built MindPalace to fix this, not with better dashboards, but with a fundamentally different approach: the Living Map.

I Saw the Same Problem Everywhere, So I Built Something New
I've spent years working with growth-stage companies at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and business strategy. The pattern was always the same: smart teams, plenty of data, and yet decisions still took weeks because nobody could connect the dots fast enough.
Across every engagement, I kept coming back to the same core problem: what I call the "Data-to-Decision" gap, the chasm between having data and actually using it to make better choices. No amount of consulting could fix it at scale.
The existing solutions, more dashboards, chat-based analytics, AI copilots, were all iterating on the same broken paradigm. The problem wasn't the interface. It was the architecture. Organizations needed a fundamentally new data structure that could represent how business decisions actually flow.
That's why I built MindPalace from scratch: a new architecture, the Decision Context Graph, designed from first principles to close the gap between data and decisions.
